- I used to struggle with my weight on a regular basis. At one time I used to have 5 sizes in my closet! After my mother passed away from complications of diabeties and heart disease. I decided that I was not going to follow in her foot steps! I was tired of being tired and my self esteem was at an all time low after reaching the 200 ++ on the scale! That's when I found Herbalife. I had tried every diet known to man and always lost the weight but it just came back and more! Well, I thought I might as well try this one for a change. With the help of my wellness coach I lost 20 lbs in the first month and had more energy than I'd ever had on any other diet!It was actually re-shaping me inch by inch! I was amazed to say the very least. I went on to lose 73lbs and have kept it off for 3 years! The products are fabulous and life changing! I used to be on medication for high cholesterol and I'm off the medication. Now I enjoy coaching others to receive the same results either through the Weight Loss Challenges or on an individual basis!
